Explore the benefits of yoga with your toddler! Join your toddler in yoga where they will learn concentration skills, improve body awareness, boost their confidence, and relax their minds. Yoga has an endless list of benefits that will impact your toddler's day to day life. Help your toddler learn new skills while you learn the basics of yoga yourself. This class is geared towards toddlers through teaching by example, so you will practice yoga along side your child.
Classes start June 3rd and will take place every Wednesday, and Friday at 3 PM.
Pricing is as follows:
Pricing per month per child:
one class per week for four weeks $50
Two classes per week for four weeks $65
Three classes per week for four weeks $80
Pricing per month for two children:
one class a week for four weeks $65
if you want to attend more than one class a week, it would be the unlimited monthly rate of $90.
Ages:
I recommend your child be between the ages of 2-5 for this class. Children outside that age range are still welcome, though a younger toddler may be less inclined to do yoga. The class will still be engaging for an older child as well if they wish to participate.
